Why A Personal Trainer?
Extending Your Lifespan, and Your Healthspan
Personal training provides a safe, personalized approach to building strength and improving overall health. Programs are designed to support your unique needs, whether you are returning to exercise, managing discomfort, or aiming to move and feel better each day.
With expert oversight and ongoing accountability, a personal trainer helps you stay consistent while reducing the risk of injury. The result is steady progress, improved confidence, and a stronger foundation for long-term wellness.

Why Most Training Programs Fall Short
Most people do not struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because they lack clarity, structure, and professional guidance.
Conflicting fitness advice, crowded gyms, and one-size-fits-all programs often lead to frustration, stalled progress, or injury. Without a clear plan and accountability, consistency becomes difficult and results feel out of reach.
Training Treated as Medicine
At HealthCode, strength and cardio are approached as tools for long-term health. Our personal training programs are rooted in clinical insight and designed to support healthspan, metabolism, mood, mobility, and longevity.
Every program is personalized, progressive, and guided by professionals who understand the body as a system. This is not about pushing harder. It is about training smarter.
Private Personal Training
-
One-on-one training in a private, focused environment designed for comfort and discretion. You receive personalized strength, mobility, and longevity programming in a space free from crowds and distractions.
Virtual Training & Coaching
-
For clients who prefer to train from home or travel often. Virtual programs include structured training plans, guided sessions, accountability, and ongoing progress monitoring.
VO₂ Max Testing
-
Clinical-grade metabolic testing using VO₂ Master technology to assess cardiovascular fitness. This data allows us to set accurate Zone 2 and Zone 5 training targets and support goals related to endurance, weight management, and longevity.
Body Composition Testing
-
Precise analysis of muscle mass and fat distribution using InBody bioelectrical impedance analysis to track meaningful progress beyond the scale. This clinically validated testing method provides detailed insight to support performance goals, health monitoring, and long-term accountability.
Recovery & Assisted Stretching
-
Hands-on assisted stretching, Theragun percussion therapy, and Shiftwave sessions to support nervous system recovery, mobility, and stress regulation.
